The Amazing Quest

The Internet Movie Database (Imdb) has a Top 250 list, with the 250 highest rated movies at the current time. Is it possible to keep up with that list? Is it even enjoyable to watch all those movies — some famous and well-known, others unknown or forgotten?
     Maybe. Or maybe not. That is what this page is all about.
     We are four people, two men and two women, commited to the Holy Quest of seeing all of the Imdb Top 250 movies. Just for the sake of it. Just for being able to say "I've seen every movie on the Top 250 list."
     The list below is updated at least once a week, since the official list is constantly changing, so the "current standings" may change from time to time. But sooner or later, someone will be the first to cover every last one of the black holes.
     Oh, and the stars are to show which movies we've seen in movie theatres. As we say in Sweden: "Film är bäst på bio".

A word about the stars: We practice a rather loose rule. For example, no-one of us has actually seen the original Star Wars Episode IV in a movie theatre (back in 1977), only the revised version shown in the late 1990's. But even so, we consider it the "same" movie and therefore give ourselves a gold star. :-)
